Kiddie Academy gets you ready for your Grand Opening, ramp-up, and your continuing day-to-day operations. Support comes through every kind of interaction, including regional training seminars, one-on-one meetings, monthly newsletters, real-time webinars and our annual conference. Here’s how we help:

 

Site Selection

You’ll work with our experienced real estate team to help evaluate and select the ideal site for your new business. Your future Kiddie Academy franchise can be developed within a wide range of settings:  a ground-up building, retrofitting of an existing building, within a shopping center or an office park setting. You also have the option to lease or purchase your building. We recognize that everyone has different needs. Kiddie Academy real estate options are flexible.

 

Construction

Our construction team keeps your development running smoothly. We will work with you in many different ways—from providing concept plans to assisting with the zoning process and guiding the construction of your academy.

 

Financing

Our finance team will assist you in securing financing for your Kiddie Academy.  We have developed strong relationships with many national and regional lenders and will help facilitate your engagement with these lenders.  We will supply you with templates and training to help you in the development of your loan package. We will also review your business plan before it is submitted to lenders.  The finance team will begin working with you while you are in site selection and will continue to work with you through your loan closing and grand opening.

 

Initial Training

Training begins at Kiddie Academy’s headquarters in Maryland and includes classroom and hands-on experiences. You and your Academy Director will learn all about our proprietary Life Essentials® curriculum and educational philosophy. Beyond that, you’ll benefit from ready-to-use marketing, operations and financial tools.

 

Pre-Opening, Grand Opening and Onward

Your dedicated Franchise Business Consultant support includes site visits, additional training and sharing best practices in the areas of education, operations, and marketing. You’ll have all the attention you need for as long as you need it.  Our Franchise Business Consultants have accountability for a limited number of franchisees. They are able to spend quality time providing counsel and business advice across a wide range of topics.
