Kiddie Academy to Host Annual Conference in National Harbor, June 21-23
Kiddie Academy will bring its community of franchisees together for three days of learning and networking at its Annual Conference, to be held in Washington, DC, June 21-23.
The annual conference and expo designed exclusively for Kiddie Academy franchise owners, directors and teachers offers a robust program that spotlights industry best practices, nationally-recognized thought leaders and networking among attendees representing 200 Kiddie Academy locations nationwide.
“We’re especially excited for this year’s program for franchisees and their staff, with franchise development expert Dr. Ben Litalien, Founder & Principal of Franchise Well, kicking off the conference as keynote speaker,” said Nicole Salla, Kiddie Academy Vice President of Marketing. “Litalien is a Forbes contributor, and his expertise has been featured in top national media including the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Chain Leader, and Entrepreneur Magazine. There will also be interactive and educational roundtables, and special training sessions that address some of the industry’s biggest trends, challenges and opportunities. In addition, we will recognize some of the shining stars among Kiddie Academy’s franchise network as part of our annual conference awards program.”
The three-day, invitation-only event will feature several breakout sessions addressing franchisee business interests from Technology and Multi-Unit Franchising to Preparing for Emergencies, and new developments to the Kiddie Academy proprietary curriculum. Attendees will also have an opportunity to network with peers, and connect one-on-one with many corporate-office experts, from marketing and finance to operations and education, who support them daily from Kiddie Academy’s headquarters in Abingdon, MD. Among other highlights, an annual awards program will recognize the company’s top performers including its highly-celebrated Franchisee of the Year, Brand Champion, and Life Essentials® awards winners.
As part of the conference, Kiddie Academy will host roundtable discussions to spotlight the impact Kiddie Academy owners have on local communities in helping young children grow, learn and prepare for school and for life. The event will also provide attendees a better understanding of the size, scope and demand within the U.S. child care industry, which is expected to grow at an annualized rate of 6.5 percent to total $3.6 billion by 2021.1
